In 2018, the famous Mexican doll was declared intangible cultural heritage of the State of Querétaro, in Mexico. The doll is one of the most important icons for Mexicans and we want to show the world the amazing artisanal work that the artisanal indigenous communities in Mexico are able to do. The aim of this project is to display a 6m tall Mexican doll (made by the artisans) in 5 of the most important cities of North America: Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Montreal and Toronto. The doll has been displayed in Madrid, London, Shanghai and Sydney in April 2019. This is the second tour of the doll.
