The Arts at the Heart artisan market at Yonge-Dundas Square features artisans of high quality, unique, handcrafted items with a wide variety of cultural influences.
The market is open from the beginning of May through the end of October. Hours are:
Fridays 11 am - 11 pm
Saturdays 11 am - 11pm
Sundays and Holidays 12pm - 7pm

2009 Season Artisans
Bijoux specializes in making one-of-a-kind necklaces, bracelets and earrings made from semi-precious stones, glass beads, sterling silver. The Designs are very innovative exploring different materials and combinations, making them very unique and extraordinary. www.bijouxdesign.net

Roots of Tibet works with talented Tibetan artist in India and Nepal to offer a unique collection of hand crafted jewellery, clothing, paper, meditation products, and pashmina scarves. They provide a market for fair trade unique and exquisite artifacts by making them accessible to North America.
Creative Designs works with local village people in their native Nepal – artisans who gather hemp, nettle, cotton and silk in the mountains by hand. Their eclectic mix of naturally made products includes hand embroidered cell phone holders, textiles jewellery, scarves, pashminas, bags and purses.
Tierra Sol is a family run business that is enviro-conscious and creates their own designs bridging their South American and Canadian Heritage. The Tagua pendants (a popular form of jewellery) are made from vegetable ivory, embroidered clothing, hand bags, wood carvings and traditional musical instruments that people of all ages enjoy.
